Located in the southeast corner of the new hotel, Meeker’s will be a 150-seat restaurant — 64 of which will be on the bistro-lighted outside patio facing Lincoln Park — with a private dining room that seats 12 people, a wrap-around bar and a shared parking lot with the hotel. The menu will consist of regional comfort food, steaks and chops, sandwiches, appetizers and fresh salads, but Kennedy said officials plan on keeping things fresh and rotating the menu at least six times a year.
