A Holiday Evening with Laws Whiskey — Pop-Up Bar & Master Distiller Tasting with Views of Lincoln Park’s Christmas Lights
Join us in the Rockies Room overlooking a festive Lincoln Park in Downtown Greeley. Pop-up bar featuring specialty Law’s Whiskey Cocktails and light appetizers. At 6pm, ticketed guests will be able to enjoy guided tasting by Master Distiller, Sam Poirier through 4 different expressions from Laws Whiskey House.
Celebrate New Year’s Eve at Meeker’s with a 4-Course Dinner & $20.26 Bottomless Beverages
Ring in the New Year at Meeker’s Colorado Kitchen & Bar with a special 4-course prix fixe celebration dinner. Start your evening with your choice of French Onion Soup or Lobster Bisque, followed by Meeker’s Signature Salad or Flash-Fried Brussels Sprouts. For your main course, select from chef-crafted entrées including Pasta Bolognese, 8 oz Seared Salmon, or a 6 oz 1855 Black Angus Filet. Finish the night with a classic dessert—Chocolate Mousse or Crème Brûlée.
Enhance the experience with our exclusive $20.26 Bottomless Beverage Menu, available only with purchase of the prix fixe dinner. Enjoy unlimited selections from handcrafted cocktails like the Cherry Picked Old Fashioned, Espresso Martini, Pearl of the Plains, and The Branding Iron, a curated wine list featuring J. Harden Prosecco, Malene Rosé, Sandpoint wines, and a lineup of local and classic draft beers including WeldWerks Juicy Bits, Tightknit Irish Red, Coors Banquet, Coors Light, and Firestone Cali Squeeze Blood Orange Wheat.
